How can I make a flight booking?

www.zipair.ro was programmed to display the best flights at the lowest available price.
To start your booking, please select the “Flights” tab. You can choose from the following options: return and one-way.

Please fill in the boxes to indicate your travel flexibility and let our flight engine look for the best available options.
Next, complete your details (departure airport, destination airport, dates etc.). At least one passenger category must be selected.

Click “Continue”. www.zipair.ro is searching for your flights in more than 400 airlines, trying to match your requests.

You should see a list of available flights and their prices with all airport taxes included. Now, you can select the one that best fits you.

You can sort your results according to the price, departure or arrival time, flight duration. You can refine your results and choose only e-tickets, non-stop flights etc.

Once you choose your flight, please read your fare rules (under the “Fare rules” tab) and only then press “Continue". All your flight details are going to be displayed on the next page.

You can modify or cancel your booking by clicking on the “Cancel” button.

Attention: in most cases, the fare for a round trip flight will be lower if you choose the same operating airline for both departure and return flights.

You are kindly required to select the option that best suits your departure/return time under both the departure and return boxes. Our system will display the best flights that match your requests.

Click “Search”. A list of recommended flights will be displayed: first, the departure options, and then the return ones. You are kindly required to scroll down and select the flights that match your requests. You can sort your results according to the price, departure or arrival time, flight duration, etc.

Once you have selected both the departure and the return flights, please click on “Continue” to calculate the fare.
All your flight details together with the price are going to be displayed on the next page . The price includes all airport taxes.

You are kindly required to read your fare rules (under the “Fare rules” tab).
Please double-check your selection. If you are convinced that this is the flight you want, click on “Continue” to start the actual reservation process.

  1. Please fill in your personal details and your special requirements (special meal, a particular seat etc.). Some airlines (but not all) offer the possibility to choose a particular seat by clicking on “Seat map”.
  2. Payment and ticket delivery
    You have the following delivery options: you may pick up your ticket / we me send you the ticket to the specified address / e-ticket – once your payment is checked, your e-ticket is issued and sent to your e-mail address.
    To receive your invoice, please fill in the details required under “Invoice details”. You are kindly required to read the “Terms and conditions of use” section before clicking the confirmation button.
  3. Your booking confirmation – your confirmation will be displayed together with your booking reference; the deadline for issuing your ticket will also be specified. You will automatically receive an e-mail with all your travel details.

Has my flight booking been confirmed?

You will automatically be redirected towards the confirmation page once your booking was made. Your complete itinerary will be displayed: flight details (departure and arrival times, existing connections. You can easily print your confirmation.

You will receive one single confirmation email for all your bookings (if booked in one go) containing your passenger reservation number (PRN) and your itinerary. You are kindly recommended to save this number for further enquires.

What can I do if my confirmed booking is not what I really want?

If for any reasons you would like to alter your confirmed booking, please click on “Contact us” and send us all the information. Alternatively, you can call us on 0722 999399 or (021) 210 64 20 Monday to Friday from 10:00 am to 6:30 pm.

Be advised! The sooner you inform us of any changes, the better since we will have to let you know the terms & conditions and possible costs of any booking change/cancellation.

How can I pay for my flight?

You can choose from the following payment options: "Contact me" – Zip International will contact you to mutually agree on a particular payment method (by cash or by bank transfer)

How can I change already paid flights?

There are cases when one needs to change a flight. If you need to cancel a booking, please let us know as soon as possible. The flexibility of your booking depends on the fare rules. To find out if you are going to be totally/partially/not at all reimbursed, please contact us.

You are kindly advised to have your booking reference ready. One of our experts will be more than happy to assist you and offer you all the information regarding your fare restrictions/endorsements.

What does non-refundable mean?

A non-refundable ticket does not allow changes or cancellations. Any cancellation implies that you will not receive your money back. Thus, you are kindly advised to double-check your booking and fare restrictions before making your payment. If in doubt, please contact us for further clarification.

Which are the delivery options and how long would it take?

According to your choice, your ticket can be delivered to a specific address/ you may pick it up from our office/ you can have an e-ticket you will receive by e-mail.

How can I re-confirm my flight?

Many airlines insist that passengers confirm their flights 72 hours prior to departure. We strongly advise you to re-confirm your flights. Lack of reconfirmation may trigger your flight cancellation. Please contact us to re-confirm your booking.

Can I make a booking for an unaccompanied minor?

You cannot make an on-line booking for an unaccompanied minor. All minors must travel accompanied by an adult (18 or more).
